A long jacquard horse-face skirt with a woven pattern that gives the fabric depth. Jacquard is woven rather than printed, so the pattern sits in the cloth itself — it catches light at an angle, does not crack with wear, and holds its colour through repeated washing.

How to wear it
With a plain top so the fabric speaks for itself: cream, black or ivory. A long jacquard skirt is formal enough for evening wear and photographs, and the weight of the fabric gives it a better swing than a light cotton piece.
Fabric and care
Machine wash cold, inside out, in a laundry bag. Do not tumble dry — heat flattens the weave. Hang by the waistband so the pleats fall straight.
Sizing
Measure your waist in centimetres and compare with the waistband measurement. The sash can take in a few centimetres but cannot add room.
