Our fulfillment network includes warehouses in China, the United States (New Jersey and California), Germany, and Thailand, allowing us to offer competitive shipping rates and reliable delivery times to customers around the globe[reference:0].

2 Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, we begin processing it immediately. The processing time depends on whether the product is already in our fulfillment warehouse:

• In-stock items (ready in warehouse): Orders are processed and dispatched on the same day[reference:3].
• Items requiring supplier sourcing: If the product is not pre-stocked in our warehouse, we need to order it from the supplier first. This adds an additional 2–3 days to the processing time[reference:4].

Total processing time: Typically 1–4 business days before your order is shipped. We recommend allowing extra time during peak seasons (e.g., Chinese New Year, major sales events).

4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on several factors:

• Destination country — where your order is being shipped to
• Shipping method — economy vs. express
• Package weight and dimensions — heavier/larger packages cost more to ship

• You may need to collect the package from the local post office

If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or unclaimed status, you will be responsible for the return shipping and any reshipping costs.

9 Significant Delays

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, sometimes delays are unavoidable. We consider an order "significantly delayed" under the following conditions[reference:12]:

• 45 days for orders shipped to the USA
